George from Elys Tree Services have just completed a larger garden overhaul for us.  Levelling a very over grown and  high hedge and expertly pruning a few trees which had sadly suffered from previous years of neglect and bad husbandry.  George’s knowledge was impressive and he and his team worked with professional efficiency and did an excellent job.  They also left the garden very tidy. George and team removed my large palm tree. George was exceptionally conscientious not only of potential damage to my property but also to neighbours and passers by. As a result the tree was removed efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. All debris was tidied away and it looks like the tree never existed! Very pleased with the work done- removing a couple of trees, and pruning and cutting out the deadwood in another. George is very knowledgeable and thoughtful about how to get the best result for the customer. Thorough job tidying up and removing waste. Competitive price, and no messing about. Extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. Prompt with all communication, quoting and attending to complete the work. No ask was too much. Did a fantastic job of tree removal and handling some overgrown cypress trees. Made sure all cuttings were fully cleared and left everything looking immaculate. George and his team did a great job reducing the height of our eucalyptus tree. They were very efficient, very friendly and explained clearly what they were going to do and how to look after the tree in the future. They also did a fantastic job of clearing up afterwards.
